What is the delivery time for POLY TECH overwrapping machine?

Trouble shooting of overwrapping machine:
1. Film position not accurately sealed during working. Which make the long sealing position changed or can't sealed well.
Trouble shooting: this situation will happen occasionally. Which caused of the cutting knife is not sharp enough, or the cutting knives position not correctly and the film can't be cut successfully. The film will be broken by pull-back tension and make the sealing position moved. By this case, the knife need to be shaped. Or adjusting the jackscrew's position which in the knife base back position. To make sure the film cut successfully. And no distance between the two cutting knives.
2. Film cutting length become shorter during some working time. The long sealing parts become small and can't be sealed well after heating.
Trouble shooting:the overwrapping machine is use the rubber roller and smooth roller to pulling down the film. Film be cut shorter means the two rollers have distance. Which make the film not pulled long enough. Since the smooth roller in the cutting frame is fixed. Need to adjust the rubber roller. And tight set screws in the two side of the rubber roller towards the smooth roller. Make the rubber roller close to the smooth roller. Then the film cutting length will become normal.
